It's a Valentine's Day short--probably some of the content we didn't see from other couples in the series.
Season 3, if there ever is one, is a long ways off. You need ~3 volumes to make a 12-13-episode season, and SH doesn't have enough content yet to support that (nor a really nice 'ending point' to end the Nostalgia arc on yet).
