Great! Now I can just wait for the anime instead of reading the manga! Laughing

It was just a matter of time. They should have waited longer though, as the manga didn't progress much and there isn't much material to work with. I guess it has enough for one 2-cour show.

I'm quite happy for Suzuki. Though, I'm hoping that Kodansha goes for the 13-26 ep a year model instead of year round for this.

I wonder who's gonna adapt it yet. I haven't read much of this series but frankly I'm still going to read it, more often than not adaptions of manga from the shonen demographic always tend to tick me off the most more than any other adapted work.

Here's hoping Bones Studio picks it up and does a flat 50 episode series. Everything would be right in the universe.

I knew that this manga will get anime sooner or later. Let's see which animation company will produce it. My money is on A-1 Pictures.

A-1 is a shitty studio when it comes to adaptations of manga of this genre. They butchered Magi.

How come A-1 butchered Magi? I always thought the animation is doing fine. Can you give me some examples to support your claim?

Near the end of season 1 Alibaba completely forgets about all his development in balbadd, and not only freaks out over a dark dinjin, but also becomes a black vessel user for a short time.

Aside from that (and other changes that are admittedly more minute) I just personally didn't find A-1's magi to be that impressive or fun to watch compared to the first half of Blue exorcist. I know they're different shows but still I can never help but make that comparison.

I misread the article headline and thought Yamada-kun and the Seven Witches was getting an anime. I saw "Seven" and wishful thinking took over. Very Happy
Well, good news for fans of The Seven Deadly Sins! If it's a good adaptation, I'll check it out.
