Actually, as someone who plays the game, the portrayal of the game in this manga is HILARIOUSLY wonky. Like, it's kind of refreshing almost how little this manga cares about making the games play out anything like how they do in real life (unlike the anime). The author also loves making up insanely overpowered cards, but that is also fun in its own way.

Often those OP cards can make it into the game in a weaker or stronger version, but I find the crossover fun.
