Worldwide except Japan? How often does Crunchyroll or any official anime streamer secure this sort of all-encompassing rights for something new and relatively big?

I look forward to watching the anime and hope it has some great tracks to listen to for when I get back to the manga (I've stuck to Pleather for Breakfast forever and won't mind mixing it up).
