I don't think Amon's Sword was ever that big, and even its owner prefers it dagger-sized, but okay I guess that works.
But does it generate enough fire to cut through mountains though? That's where the accuracy issue comes in.

Well no it doesn't become as big as it is shown here but it definitely becomes a two handed claymore style sword, when released, in line with the Great Swords you find in Monster Hunter. So making it into a great sword is not a huge stretch the only other weapon it could be categorized as is a long sword but from what I remember he doesn't use the sword that fast in the manga.

DAMN THIS GAME HAS EVERYTHING. I wasn't planning on picking this one up cause of all the new games out now like smash and persona but if this comes to the west with all of these extras I will pick it up just for that. Like I know they already have Animal Crossing, Sonic. Seven Deadly Sins, Zelda and hopefully more

Actually from what I remember of Alibaba's fighting style as soon as he got good enough at Djinn Equip and figured out how he just opted to keep the sword the same size as the non-equipped vessel, which was more or less just a dagger-sized short sword to be quite honest.
The times he got to actually swing it though it was the big default form, yes. But if you have Djinn Equip working for you you'd rather just blast flames at people to extend your reach.
