As long as the in-game purchases are reasonable and isn't a cash grab for every little thing you do in the game, I am fine. I do not want another Final Fantasy: All The Bravest.

Already stated long ago that you dont need to purchase anything to get through the story.

FF: Record Keeper is doing a really good job with its gameplay and content. You get all the characters through the game and the game is old fashion turn base
