Mine is definitely Mori Ai. In the earlier episodes, she always risked her life when she felt she had to even if she has no power to defend her. Actually, she did have a power, the power of friendship. Now as corny as it sounds, you can't handle the truth. And when it comes to Ueki staying in shape, Mori is very strict and over protective. In a few unmeaningful words, I like her for everything she is. But of course, I like all the people in Ueki No Housoku. But Mori, you'll always be on top.

Ahh, The Law of Ueki, one of my personal favourite shonen series.
My favourite character from the Law of Ueki is Rinko. She has a very interesting power (come on, spoiler[beads as bombs?]) and a rather friendly personality. My favourite seiyuu, Mamiko Noto, also voices her, which was the clincher.
