Why is the subtitle called Naked? Is that a Senran Kagura-like game or what?

If by 'Senran Kagura-like' you mean kinda pervy, then yes.
Anyway, I hope this game ends up with an international release. I really enjoyed the Vita game and imagine the upgrading controls will work a lot smoother on a smartphone than it did on the Vita (or uh... at least look a little less questionable to anyone around you).
