The title of article should read the 25th Crayon Shin-chan film -- 20th is for Conan.
I actually saw the Shin-chan movie over Conan this weekend. Not sure it was the wisest pick, but I still had a good time. Think I liked Dreamy World over the Cactus movie, but neither top Robo Dad.
Want to see Conan sometime soon though. B'z song and the Black Organization stuff should be good.

Derp, you are correct. It's the 25th anniversary of Shin-chan, but the 24th movie.
