Rob Lucci was a given, he should've been in the game from jump-street but i guess its their way of getting extra money. if you think about it they could just drop all 17 characters as dlc and drain the fanboys pockets LOL.

no real need to, there are hundreds of one piece characters to choose from.
that list was pretty pathetic to begin with.
