Based on the first episode, this is a great looking show that raises the bar for 3DCG TV anime.

Looking at this, I can't help thinking that with a good dub this would go down incredibly well on children's TV. It's got a very 'international' look as opposed to an 'anime' look and I suspect that's the reason for the remake, to try and bring in a wider audience.
Good luck to them because even in CG Chi is so adorable even when you're not really a cat person. |
