Maybe they should move the event to some time other than the second-busiest vacation week of the year.

Had the Pikachu Outbreak occurred on a slower day, the crowds probably wouldn't have been as huge and hectic. At least the few incidents that occurred weren't nearly as bad as those of Pokémon GO Fest...
