...I have never been so simultaneously enthusiastic and apprehensive about a Bill Nighy role since he played Dylan the Rabbit in 'The Magic Roundabout'.

(He was brilliant so this could be hilariously perfect.)

Someone in town managed to spot some on-scene props recently. The producers seem to have used part of the financial district as a generic modern city setting, which is not a usual choice for most family films shot in London.

Never in my life did I expect to see a headline that says Bill Nighy is going to be in a Pokemon movie. I'm really curious now.
