Man, I was hoping for the announcement of another season when I saw "Golden Kamuy Anime's 3rd" as part of the headline.

Is there enough material for a third season, though? These OVAs have only covered chapters that the TV series skipped so far.

Probably when there's enough of them for a full release that feels like a film compilation. Though I don't know how long these are. I'm guessing they're the same or little more than an average episode length. That or it may happen after all OVAs are made, if they plan on doing more...
