I can only assume that dialogue for both languages was already recorded prior, or since Broly is already in the game, the assets already exist and may be recycled.

Does the same group organise the dubbing for both the game and anime, or is it separate in NA?

I know they are recorded in separate locations. DB games are recorded at sabats studio, Okratron5000. I assume they just let Funi handle the dubbing of the games since they've had the license so long.

Probably safe to say Sabat recast Broly then.

Agreed. My train of thought was if it was a company independent of the train wreck there might be the possibility they might keep him, but since it's Sabat it would be a recast
