I got into tokusatsu in the 1980s, so his work on Gavan, Sharivan, Shaider, Juspion, Spielvan and Kamen Rider Black was a huge part of my childhood. His anime résumé is less extensive, but no less impressive. Truly a legendary scriptwriter, whose influence will still be felt for many generations to come. May he rest in peace.

Also, just a head up to ANN News team, Yuji Yamaguchi also has passed away. As reported by his colleague Tomomi Mochizuki.
