I feel like 300 episodes. That plus Naruto Shippuden would equal 1,000.

I'm personally glad that I've been made wait for Boruto to come back... and before anyone says that sounds harsh, let me explain... I've been keeping track of what's anime/manga/both canon, and there's been a good chunk of filler in the mix too... I'm trying to avoid the filler as much as possible, so it not airing/simulcasting right now is a good thing so I can catch up on my other backlog entries. I've also got SAO coming back a week alter, so that'll be fun to have those to watch weekly again!

It doesn't really matter what we think. Shippuden had 500 episodes and fillers continued to happen long after the manga ended. When the producers are done milking this series, then we will know how long it will run.
