Funimation streams original Naruto sub/dub in NA, and all of Shippuden sub/dub in UK/IE (can't stream it in US thanks to Adult Swim). Viz seems to be sharing a lot with Funi lately, though Funi snatching Megalobox Nomad I would think would hurt relations between them, but guess not.
Also anyone can blog about food recipes, regardless of who owns a show's rights.
