Sounds like Mamiko Noto.
I loved Kakushigoto so I will gladly rewatch it through this movie, especially if it has some added scenes.

Now that I've finished reading the manga, I'm curious to see if this compilation movie will address the fact that Rin's mom had an eye condition that was making her color blind, which is particularly tragic for a painter like her. That reveal never made it to the TV series.
