R.I.P.
I watched Ryokunohara Labyrinth's OVA on YouTube some years ago, quite peculiar and with a very cute character design by Narumi Kakinouchi (who basically made everything else in this anime).
The ghost girl looks like an old school anime version of Ariel with violet eyes.

Almost shat myself because at first glance I thought that was an illustration of Kurapika, but then I double checked the name. Regardless, RIP, my dude.
