I am thinking they do not have a life-size Rem figure (only $40,000 from RightStuf) in that photograph. Instead they have a normal 1/8 figure and a table.

^ It's possible. Japanese museums display some pricey things without any sort of security. The manga museum is a perfect example of this. Most of the stuff is just framed and hanging on the wall. If someone really wanted to steal it, take it out of the frame, roll it up and walk out.

According to the article on that figure, it was first sold in Japan before Right Stuf had three of the ten figures made for sale on their website. |
