Having already rewatched W months ago (It was one of my favorite Kamen Rider series when I first experience it back when it first premiered in 2009), the sequel that's adapted from the manga is going to be interesting to watch. Oh my, Philip has light green hair, and wonder who's that young woman (though manga readers that read Fuuto Pi will know).

2 things;
1: Hidekazu Ebina didn't actually do any work on Amazing Stranger, that was Hidekazu Yamana. I would go onto the anime's page and correct it but it seems like I can't.

2: Love the look of those key visuals. I was never a big sentai/Kamen Rider fan, but I'll definitely be giving this a try when it airs. Maybe it being animated will make it more to my tastes?

I'm seriously looking forward to this. I've never really gotten into these kind of shows, and it's entirely due to my overly sensitive suspension of disbelief and how it reacts to the special effects, but an anime? That will be a lot easier to suspend disbelief for.

Shotaro looks like Kotetsu from Tiger and Bunny.

Philip with green hair is accurate to the manga but still looks kind of weird. Guess it's more "anime."

Akiko looks cuter but Terui looks about what I would expect.

The new Heroine looks cute. Will Shotaro's luck with women finally change?

Nakagawa and Naruse back will ensure the music feels like Kamen Rider and like W.

I'm curious why the Dopants' need their own specific animation?

They keep showing the civilian forms but I want to see some Kamen Riders! Ah well, the bike looks great.

I guess now the only question is the voice cast but I think we'll probably be getting the Memory of HeroeZ VA's back for sure.

Overall this really does look like W in anime form.

The new woman is Tokime, her intro chapter revealed that she's a Dopant and is living in the streets of Fuuto and was even caught by Shotaro taking a bath in a public fountain.

I Really hope this'll get funimation to do a sub release for Kamen Rider W in the states, cause frankly for a lot of people just jumping into the anime without knowing the background a lot will get turned off fast especially since there's no easy way to view the series with any kind of decent release capacity beyond toei's youtube channel

I'm kind of morbidly curious if they'll dub over Fumihiko Tachiki on the Gaia Memories when they dub it.

If Toei goes the same direction that TFC did with Garo (FUNi with the anime, Sentai/Kraken with the live-action) and Tsuburaya did with Gridman (FUNi with the anime & Mill Creek with the live-action), I see Shout getting W....well, hopefully them and not TokuHD because the latter's subs are (still) the worst as seen with Gridman along with Agito & Faiz.

Speaking of Shout, still waiting on what they plan to do with Zero-One since they have home video rights for it.

I honestly hope it does get a physical release in the US cause after the shit show with toei going after fansub groups Kamen rider and super sentai fans are left in the dust especially with how slow the official youtube channel's releases are
