Mangamo may be publishing it but it seems like they only did 15 chapters and gave up which is disappointing because I really wanted to read this series. The English title really sucks too (seriously, just "The Shinsengumi"?)

This is the first I've heard someone was publishing it in English and apparently they blew it? This series looks so cool I really don't get how no one has blown it up yet.
