Interesting to note is that the sign language depicted in the anime is apparently supervised by the Tokyo Foundation of the Deaf.
Not sure about the manga itself, but I thought it was an interesting to note about the dedication the anime staff has for this project! |

Its kinda of fascinating that he found his calling much later in life when it came to drawing manga. I'll be checking out the anime sooner then later its on my to watch list.
