Even without the possibility of many foreigners visiting due to Japan's Covid regulations, I would think that this series, along with others like Dragonball, could easily attract enough visitors to make it a permanent museum. I would definitely visit a Sailor Moon museum if I could return and I'm sure many other foreign fans would also make a point of visiting as well.
Hopefully there's a café affiliate with the exhibit so you could stop by and get some Sailor Moon snackies. Just maybe not the pancake/salad combination that the 2019 SM café had though
