Those Powerful Pro numbers only justify the fact that Konami made the right decision to abandon the development of AAA games in favor of smaller games like Momotaro Dentetsu. The way they treated Kojima and several of their employees was awful but people saying that the company is in financial trouble and are they should sell their gaming division probably don't understand that they're the biggest third-party publisher in Japan and their gaming division is doing better than their casino/pachinko division. Still, I don't understand why they don't make a Metal Gear collection in the same way they did the ones for Contra, Castlevania and TMNT.
On the other hand, as I heard those numbers for Hyperdimension Neptunia are some of the lowest they had and some people are wondering why Compile Heart didn't develop a Switch version considering that there are more Nintendo users than Sony in Japan.
At least it's nice that 13 Sentnels is still in the Top 10 and that Pocky & Rocky managed to appear as well.

What? Konami's Japanese sales numbers are puny compared to what, say, Capcom's doing worldwide. You can't make much money focusing on Japan alone.
