Oh, so we even get playable Smol Vegeta and actually have Bardock fight Frieza? Neat!
So a 23rd Tenkaichi Budokai level would have just Chi-Chi, Tien, and Piccolo fights?

Probably so. Since Krillin, Yamcha and Tien were never playable in the game, we'll probably never even see their fights in cutscenes.
