I'm impressed how well it looks, I take it they did something with the models outside of the textures.

I wonder if Nintendo is planning on rereleasing Echoes and Corruption in the near future, maybe as a way to introduce new players to the Prime series. However, now I'm not so sure if Metroid Prime 4 will arrive this year, I didn't expect Nintendo to deliver any information in yesterday's presentation, but I hope they reveal more info later this year, I'm sure there'll be a Direct on June

Good times, they even have a gyro option to emulate Wii controls. I wondered how they were going to remaster the Prime trilogy considering the leap between GC/Wii tech and the Switch. Looks like they had to do a lot of tinkering and they just went with an update instead of just porting the Prime Trilogy compilation.
Also, if this is how a remaster looks, I shudder to think how Prime 4 is going to look
