So the first manga ran from 2016 to 2019, and then this second manga ran from 2021 to 2023. Was it a complete reboot or did the second manga continue off where the first manga ended? It seems Seven Seas only licensed the first manga.

The light novels of this are on going with volume 17 coming to America in the near future. You can see the release date on Amazon. The anime is on Crunchyroll with season one. Blue rays not available in the US sadly.
