Over used vocal cords and voice box are common and long term over use will lead to permanent damage.
I wonder what the human looks like under all that makeup.

Some MMA fighters and Top Performers in companies have this issue. They don't realize that over working is sometimes just as bad as lazy work, eventually you'll push your body to the limit, and have to take a even longer rest in order to recover.
Take your proper rest day, sick days, and vacation days folks. Or your body will eventually force you too through sickness . . .
