Recently come across the manga adaptation of this and read a few chapters. It does suffer from the game stats issue a lot of gamified series suffer, but I definitely remember thinking there were scenes that could look great animated especially the scene where Kaito first test's the Valkyrie girl's ability. His mistake asking her to go all out, and him getting knocked around from just the winds from the charge up.
