Regarding the visuals, while they appear to have created some new textures, it seems they're re-using the same 3D models from GB3, which are... pretty low-poly, even by 2016 standards (presumably a concession to the Vita port?). It's a bit disappointing they couldn't be bothered to give us more detailed gunpla, especially considering that the combat and environments haven't been improved at all (unless you count being playable at all an improvement over NGB).
I suspect this means that, like GB3, they won't have bothered to create unique models for the MGs (all of which are more detailed, many of which are, in fact, redesigned entirely) and will just be scaling up the HG models. Though I've yet to unlock the MGs myself.
(Also, I'm curious if anyone has fiddled around with the Tallgeese parts yet, or any others that have attached weapons. I noticed that, for the diorama parts, MS like the Tallgeese would have the Dovbergun attached to the shoulder armor and wielded in the MS' hands, which looks... really ugly. Hopefully that's not the case for player gunpla, and you can play as a Tallgeese with duplicate doberguns, EG?
EDIT: One thing the review maybe should've included in the negatives is another GB3 inheritance: MTL gunpla/part names. They appear to have fixed the different-parts-with-the-same-names, so we don't have to worry about accidentally getting rid of parts we mistakenly think are duplicates, but several of the part names are wrong, which can make finding specific parts a bit of a hassle (compounded by UI issues). EG the Deathscythe Hell's beam scythe is mistranslated as a "scissor."

Thank you for the review! I haven't played a Gundam Breaker before and your review makes me a bit more confident about picking this entry up sometime; I was afraid this was going to be another New Gundam Breaker, which sounded uniformly terrible.
I've gotten more heavily into plamo these last couple years than I had been in the past, but haven't truly kitbashed before (though I have used add-on kits and painted custom color schemes). Was hoping to pick up this new game in part as a tool to mess around with potential future HG kitbashes.
