I'm not shocked by the 2026 date, but at that point the manga would have probably been finished for well over a year so I'm curious what the future of the series will be. If they can cover another 80 chapters they'll end up at a really good stopping point and note for a third and final season, but that would mean animated content over 2 years past manga ending so I don't currently think that will happen. I do know the finale had a top 10 placement for viewership so I might be wrong there though. Guess we'll see how season 2 does.

I’ll have to rewatch season 1 before then or I’ll never remember what happened lol. Hopefully it’ll air earlier in 2026 and not fall 2026.
