A "new isekai"? For him maybe, here is another old and well known formula.

Reading the manga for this and it's fine i guess. If you want a isekai where the MC doesn't travel around with only women, this MC rotates between going solo(with his pet), teaming up with a guy, teaming up with a woman and a mix of both.

The official English titles of these series aren't even bothering to translate the word "isekai" anymore. It's become that ubiquitous.

Honesty, I lost count of how many generic isekai stories were released for over a decade at this point.
