Generally I don't mind market-based titles but this one feels like they should've kept it as it was, pretty much everyone knows what Sayonara means and it rolls off the tongue a lot better.
Either way usually reincarnation stuff does nothing for me but I do like the character design here.

Okay, sign me up. I love fairy tales and second chance stories, and mermaids, and I've seen and loved so many Little Mermaid tales (the animated and live action Disney ones, Ponyo, Luca (which isn't exactly one but the character is similar)) so I'm excited for this!

I'm down for a Kinema Citrus take on The Little Mermaid...though where's my A Sinner of the Deep Sea adaption?

This actually sounds interesting.
I also agree the original title would have sounded better as Sayonararara.

Kinema Citrus’ first original anime, Goodbye, Lara, is already looking great. Excited to see what they’ll bring with these original projects.
