Can't believe I watched a whole half-hour direct just to learn that Dragonite's wings have moved to his head.

Mega Dragonite is an awful redesign. I feel like this is all because they revealed at Dragonair could fly using the wings on its head in the anime.

I actually got a good laugh over Mega Dragonite being announced with Dragonair features. I have to guess that someone realized why a lot of people love Dratini and Dragonair over Dragonite. =P

That said, I think the new design is kinda cute! Not enough to make me a Dragonite fan in terms of collecting cards and whatnot, but I might consider using one in my Legends Z-A playthrough. Although, nowhere near as much as I will be using Gardevoir; very happy that we're guaranteed one at the start of play!

I like Mega Dragonite but man it was not worth the 24 minutes of boredom surrounding it. That whole presentation could've been a screenshot.

Concierge continues looking great, more info about the Aardman series and it's about my man Sirfetch'd, and Champions making raising Pokemon actually relatively painless was all pretty good. With getting to see Mable and Emma again and the return of character customization that isn't terrible (at least for the female MC, conspicuously hiding whether they tried with the guy this time), I'd say it was a pretty worthwhile half hour

Real-time Pokemon battles and the Team actually being what the protagonist are a part of have my interest.

I'm looking forward to other new Mega Evolutions.

I am also hoping to see other new Mega Evolutions soon. If the leaks are real, there are 26 others, but no new Pokémon. I would have preferred to see Mega Dragonite with also two pairs of wide white wings on its back so it can look like an archangel.
