I hope to be proven wrong, but I think "guest-star" is a bit of an exaggeration for what will probably be a 5 second cameo of them on a TV advertising whatever dance competition Kokoro's senpai is entering

It's probably far fetched but I still hope for the Dancing Star boys to get their own full anime series.
