They won the tony for Best actor last year. given their body of work, I'd actually think this is a good pickup.

Really interested to see how Bon Clay translates to live action, but it seems like they'll do a great job! I actually watched King of Drag and completely forgot they were a guest judge on that

And they had to leave halfway through filming and Lisa Rinna awkwardly joined the judge's panel but I don't believe she said/did anything!

Dude won a Tony? Man, that speaks volumes to the casting.

The whole casting team needs a rise because they keep winning. Even with Katey Segal over Jamie Lee Curtis because that's the next best pick they could have done with Jamie's scheduleing. Looking forward to their performance as the best character!

Looking forward to seeing how they capture Bon Clay in live-action.

I was waiting to see what people were saying about the casting choice and how it would fit for Bon-chan and seeing that they cast someone who judged King of Drag and uses they/them pronouns it seems perfect.

I'm really curious to see how toned down the live-action version of Bon Clay is compared to the manga/anime I can't see them keeping his weird, perverted antics without risking being extremely offensive. They've already removed/toned down less offending stuff from the manga.
