Must be a region thing. In the US, at least, one gets abrupt changes of male/female voices, everyone is referred to as “he”, and long pauses in mid-sentence (often followed by a male/female voice change).

I am in the US... It played in Japanese for me.
Maybe you guys have weird settings on your Youtube... I do recall hearing that Youtube has been doing some dumb auto-AI things lately on some uploads, as frustrating as that is.
