Great news, the first season is one of the (few) highlights of the season.

Haven't watched the last episode yet, but pleased to see this. A Wild Last Boss has been one of the surprises this season, as it's proven to be much more thoughtful and involved in its story than it initially appeared it would be.

Nope, we got sheep, golem/gynoid, goat/shadow, and ghost human (sort of; season 1 ended in the middle of that). |

Ok. Its been a decade i think since I've read its web novel version translated by someone in a site. Back then I've read the manga first but people spoil too much so i did read out of curiosity but eventually drop at a certain point. spoiler[ wherein the familiars are trying to get the merman familiar i think. There are in the city under the sea. ]. |
