One of the better romcom mangas with a satisfying end I've read. Highly recommended.

By a satisfying end, you mean Kaoru comes out as a trans girl, right? The game avatar mishap and the "crossdressing" plot are not just there as a random obstacle for the romance they can milk for cheap laughs?

It's mostly used for disguise and for laughs, with an unwilling Kaoru. What I meant with a satisfying end was, the relationship advances pretty straight forward and they get married in the next to last chapter, and that was one of the best wedding chapters I've seen depicted in manga form.
