My daughter and I are both victims of credit card theft - resulting directly from ordering from ANIME. DO NOT ORDER ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS SITE UNTIL ANIME CAN RESOVLE THIS PROBLEM. We know the fraud resulted from this website because it is the ONLY site where my daughter has used her card. She had 4 charges from games hit her account last week and still has not been reimbursed. I just discovered today that there are eight charges for games on my account. I have had to cancel my card and will have to go to the bank to fill out paper work. This is a major hassle! Learned my lesson - in the future will be VERY VERY careful what companies I make purchases from online. Can't find anyway to contact ANIME about this so would appreciate someone from ANIME contacting me ASAP.

Uhh... which site? WOuldn't it have been a better idea to actually get some feedback on where you can buy from and what sites are good to buy from rather than just going in blind? I mean, while I do feel for you, you need to be a bit smarter with your money. The internet is full of scumbuckets who will not only rob you blind in the blink of an eye, but will also rub it in your face with 'justification'.

I'm confused; | Quote: | | Can't find anyway to contact ANIME about this so would appreciate someone from ANIME contacting me ASAP. | Is this the company, as in the name, you're trying to contact? If I read your post right you claim your ordered from THIS site, I didn't think ANN had a store or shop to order from. There's links to places all over the site but they aren't affiliated with this site. If this is a serious post, and not spam bot, please elaborate and clarify what you ordered and from where.

This post looks like a form letter, chain letter or spam. I don't think it's real.

Clearly, this doesn't apply to ANN directly. Besides, if he wanted to "report" a site, he's going about it the wrong way (by not supplying the site) and in the wrong forum (retail). He can try again if he's not a bot and wants to supply some proof or whatever.
