I was wondering if the second season of You're Under Arrest, or the special episode You're Under Arrest: No Mercy had been licensed for american release. I just love the first season, movie, and mini specials and would love to be able to see more of this series.

So far, no one's licensed the second season. I'm surprised that ADV hasn't grabbed the rights yet, as they released the movie and mini-specials.

And trust me - you don't want to watch the "No Mercy!" special.
