This thread will most likely not survive very long but I want someone's (anyone's) feedback if they don't mind. This is relating to Information Technology (IT). At schools there is the IT department which monitors computers to see what's the current status, fix Internet problems, etc. so I was thinking... Why doesn't the online anime community have an IT group which can cover the technology side to anime. Here is something I'm hinting at...
[4:18PM EDT] The Star Force version for the US Mega Man website launched on Aug. 15. Features include characters, synopsis, screen shots, and videos.
[4:20PM EDT] AnimeONLINE has yet to return. A small lag on ANS's image loading. Nothing out of the normal we do not think.
[4:26PM EDT] Problems with DVD replications have caused the delay of the 10th Volume of Gundam Seed Destiny according to Right Stuf International and will now be released on September 25.
[4:34PM EDT] In commemoration with their 15th anniversary ADV Films launched a newly designed website. They're also offering viewers to watch the first full episode of Innocent Venus as well as the $19.99 preorder cost of Volume 1 for the series.
Just a series of daily reports. And if something big comes up we can contact an Administrator or whatever. I'm doing this for a hobby. Perhaps something big may come out of it and perhaps not. I'm expecting a response of "The method of handling problems is just fine the way it is currently."
EDIT As I know it's impossible to monitor the WHOLE community maybe just the big websites (i.e. companies, news websites, etc).
