$4.3 BILLION!? Just how much of that does one figure Disney, Pixar, Dreamworks, and other original American animations pull? Is import animation really ready to break the billion-dollar annual mark?
I can remember an ADV exec making a guess that the total anime industry pulled in just $600 million or so, but that was a few years ago. If the growth between then (~2000?) and now is that good, no wonder the big Hollywood players are getting interested...
