I was talking with a mate of mine, and he mentioned something called Kotoba Noriaki. Now, I scoured the web for info about this, unsuccesfully.
It's not possible to ask anything from my friend, so if anyone can give me any information regarding these two words, I would be pretty happy.

After doing some research on the web, I believe "Kotoba Noriaki" is an artist name/pen name since every website I came across shows fanart/drawings of Anime girls (and the drawings have that name signed on the corner of the pictures).
