Yeah, I heard about it via social media earlier today. That's kind of cool and also unexpected at the same time.

I always find it interesting knowing if the Japanese dub cast for animated movies also include celebritiy cameos, don't know if Kojima has done voice acting before, didn't he had a cameo in some of his own games?
Talking about Zootopia, are Judy and Nick voiced by professional seiyū, or are they voiced by celebrity VAs? Because in the Neutral Spanish version, Judy is voiced by the same VA who voices Yor in Spy × Family, while Nick is voiced by the same VA as Vegeta from DBZ.

IIRC, Judy's VA is a live-action actress and singer, and Nick's VA is Toshiyuki Morikawa.
Nowadays, Japanese dubs feature live-action actors, seiyuus, and actors who mainly dub. Some well-known actors have specific roles they dub for, like Koichi Yamadera dubbing for Jim Carrey (tho depending on the release, it might be Wataru Takagi) or Robin Williams.

Here in Latin America is not unusual that some animated movies cast celebrities to voice characters, though I'd say Disney is one of the studios that don't tend to do it as much as they used to. As I mentioned, Nick and Judy are voiced by professional dub VAs, as well as the rest of the secondary cast, though Shakira did dub herself as Gazelle like in the first movie, and some of the new minor characters are voiced by celebrities, Disney even casted celebrities from different LatAm countries despite Zootopia 2's dub being done in Mexico, it caught my attention that Russ the Walrus is dubbed by a Chilean comedian who used to voice some characters in a puppet TV show that I watched as a kid, at least he had experience in voice acting.
And yes, here in Latin America some dub VAs tend to voice a specific Hollywood actor/actress, and even seiyu, in many ocassions, and since you mentioned Jim Carrey, he's usually dubbed by Mario Castañeda, who is well known for voicing Goku.
