I am glad it will be reopening. That said, I do question the wording of the attack, since it was not simply a stabbing but a murder.
 My heart breaks for that young woman, and anyone who witnessed what happened. I hope this tragedy can somehow spur the system to reevaluate how it handles cases of serial stalking, threats, and harassment towards women in similar situations.
