Pretty neat that they're adding in Laocorn from the anime movie. Duck King is always funny too. No ladies though unless the mystery characters are female.

I gave my opinions about the new DLC characters that appeared in the animated trailer, but I'll another opinion on each one:
- Rick: glad he came back after almost 30 years since his last apperance. Don't know if SNK will just use Vanessa's moveset from KOF, since she has a lot of Rick's moves. I also wonder if in the game's English dub he's going to be voice by a VA of Native American descent, that would be nice;
- Duck King: glad to see him as well, though I don't know why they decided to use his Fatal Fury 2 look, I always belive his look from Real Bout was his most iconic one, not to mention that he doesn't seem to have aged, like, he looked older in the Memories of Stray Wolves story, though City of the Wolves is kind of inconsistent, some characters look like they have aged, while other don't;
- Kim Kaphwan: I hope SNK give some new moves in order to differentiate him from his sons;
- Laocorn: wonder if maybe they could bring Shin-ichiro Miki back to voice him;

I hope so, but it seems most of the DLC choices are from past Fatal Fury games, or media adjacent to the series in the case of Laocorn, and Fatal Fury had very few female fighters, the only one left is Li Xiangfei from Real Bout 2, SNK could add Alice Garnet Nakata from The Legend of the Wild Wolf. There's also the possibility of including some female fighters from Art of Fighting, like King, Yuri or Kasumi.

Going off the JP trailer it sounded like they did? Sounded a bit off but it could be because the film was 30 years ago.

Also can we appreciate how City of the Wolves is releasing a new character every month for the entire year of 2026. That's pretty consistent and dedicated.
