Nintendo of America and Nintendo of Europe announced on Friday that Grasshopper Manufacture, Marvelous, and Shirogumi's Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes game will launch for the Nintendo Switch on January 18. While the announcements did not specify whether the game will be available physically or digitally, the U.K. Nintendo website is listing the release of a Nintendo Switch game card.
In the game's story, The Bad is out to avenge the murder of her daughter Bad Girl at the hands of Travis Touchdown, but a game console known as the Death Drive Mark II sucks both of them in.
The game will feature collaborations with independent game developers. Players will be able to explore seven different games, including action, racing, and puzzle games.
Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes is the latest installment in Goichi "Suda51" Suda's No More Heroes game series. Grasshopper Manufacture released No More Heroes for the Wii in 2007, and later for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. A sequel, No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle, shipped on the Wii in 2010.
